How long does setup take?
Most restaurants are up and running in under 15 minutes. Create an account, choose points or milestone rewards, print your branded QR poster, and you're live.
Do I need to install any hardware?
No. FoodCredit runs entirely in the browser on any device you already own. Staff use a phone or tablet; customers scan QR codes with their own phones.
What's the difference between points and milestone rewards?
Points programs let customers accumulate a balance they can redeem for any reward. Milestone programs are punch-card style: after N qualifying purchases, the next one is free.
How do gift cards get delivered to customers?
Digital gift cards go out by email and SMS with a unique QR code. Recipients can claim and redeem from their phone — no app install required.
Is there a contract or cancellation fee?
